The renovation process of this villa embodied a unique challenge for the working team, as the villa was old and devoid of any pre-existing architectural plans. Therefore, the team followed a series of steps to meet this challenge:

Firstly, plans for the villa were drawn based on its current description. Subsequently, it was redesigned, and the areas were redistributed with sufficient flexibility to meet the client’s requests and new needs, aiming to ensure the longest possible period of use for the villa.

Secondly, the furniture was distributed according to the new designs, with the selection of color schemes, furniture, flooring materials, lighting distribution, and wall treatments carefully chosen.
