The exterior of the villa was treated using contrasting cladding panels of aluminum and stone, adding a distinctive touch despite the contrast in texture and colors between the materials. The combination of these different elements brought attractiveness and diversity to the facade while maintaining design consistency. Additionally, a small and versatile outdoor area was created, featuring a unique green area and an attractive fountain. Comfortable seating was also arranged for entertainment and relaxation.

Despite the limited outdoor space, it was optimized to create a distinctive environment, providing an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. This project presented a clear challenge due to the limited outdoor space and the multifunctionality required, reflecting attention to project details and the ability to meet the client’s desire to repurpose the spaces, creating an integrated residential experience with the enjoyment of outdoor areas.
